New Mexico bioscience delegation
heads to San Diego to pitch the state

New Mexicans in the bioscience sector will travel to an international event in San Diego on June 22-25 to promote the industry in the state.
The BIO International Convention will take place then and New Mexicans including members of the Albuquerque Regional Economic Alliance (AREA) will attend.
The conference is a chance for members of the state’s bioscience industry to connect with industry leaders from around world, from private companies to venture capital funds and others.
“BIO International gives us an opportunity to showcase the exceptional research, talent, entrepreneurial activity, and collaborative partnerships that are driving innovation across our state,” AREA President and CEO Chad Matheson said. “We are proud to represent New Mexico on the global stage and demonstrate why our state is an increasingly attractive destination for bioscience investment and growth,”
