Albuquerque is the first city to qualify

for the Community Readiness program

with eight eligible locations at varying stages of preparation – from basic infrastructure to “shovel ready” sites and existing bioscience buildings with R&D and laboratory space. These sites include:

  • Mesa del Sol
  • Innovate ABQ
  • North I-25 / Balloon Park
  • Sandia Science & Technology Park
  • North UNM Campus
  • UNM Science & Technology Park
