Prerequisites

Must comply to achieve certified Site accreditation

• Water and sewer available in designated area
• Water pressure and supply is sufficient to meet the local Fire Code requirements for the proposed building occupancy and designated area

And

• Local zoning allows for biotech laboratory, manufacturing and/or research & development as permissive uses
• Designated areas must have access to high-speed broadband or the ability to provide it within 60 days
• Local government offers pre-application consultation review meetings, bringing together all pertinent departments, to provide an overview of the local approvals process for significant commercial, manufacturing and industrial projects
