Balloon Fiesta Park

This zone district, off North I-25 near the Balloon Fiesta Park, has been bronze certified, but it already has many assets that are also identified within the gold certification, i.e. sites that have been identified are in Opportunity Zones and the local government has expedited permitting processes that can reduce the risks and costs associated with construction delays.

In the NR-BP and NR-LM district, light manufacturing, office, research and development uses are permissive.
