This zone district, in southeast Albuquerque near Sandia Research Park and the Sandia National Laboratories, has been silver certified where local government has identified ‘shovel ready’ site(s) available for development. It also has the gold certification asset that local government has expedited permitting processes that can reduce the risks and costs associated with construction delays.
In the NR-BP district, light manufacturing, office, research and development uses are permissive.
