UpSpring Associates is a consulting firm supporting entrepreneurs of start-ups & emerging enterprises and their investors. We consult to for-profits and non-profits, foundations and government. We go deep in New Mexico, on nationwide efforts in the U.S., with Native American Communities, and around the world.
Analyst Research Intern
- Provide market intelligence and research for those companies we work with
- Draft communications to partners, investors and entrepreneurs
- Set-up and manage business ‘datarooms’
- Review financials, pro-formas, models, and projections
- Participate in activities and events for learning around start-up activities, impact investing and venture funding
- Other tasks, as assigned
Primary Skills
- Organized and planful
- Good use of technology – particularly G-Suite
- Good writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of spreadsheets
- Sense of humor
Marketing / Communications Intern
- Publish social media posts and engage online with stakeholders
- Draft website content and e-news articles
- Media: draft op-eds, press releases and conduct outreach
- Mine & maintain member database
- Participate in activities and events for learning around start-up activities, impact investing and venture funding
- Other tasks, as assigned
