Alex Greenberg is the Director of the Science and Technology office for New Mexico State Economic Development Department. Alex has a background in project management and entrepreneurship. He holds a BA in psychology, and an MBA with a concentration in management of technology from the University of New Mexico.

Most recently, he served as the Financial Program Specialist for the NM EDD and prior to that worked in healthcare as a Clinical Project Manager in healthcare business development and as a strategist for a New Mexico biomedical startup.

He has worked extensively with local startups to address financing, long-term strategy, and system optimization. Alex’s focus is to supporting technology commercialization and the entrepreneurial ecosystem in New Mexico.
